My Story

My name is Walmer Landaverde, and Provisión Coffee Club is deeply personal to me.

I was born into a story shaped by faith, community, and hard work — values I learned both at home and through my connection to Guatemala. Growing up, I experienced how powerful a simple table could be. Around coffee, people shared life, encouraged one another, and reminded each other that no one walks alone.

As my life and leadership journey grew in the United States, I became passionate about building community wherever I was planted — serving people, connecting neighbors, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

Over time, two parts of my heart began to come together: my love for community and my love for Guatemalan coffee.

I realized coffee could become more than a product. It could become a bridge — connecting farmers and families in Guatemala with communities here in Orange County and beyond.

Provisión Coffee Club was born from that realization.

My dream is to see a community coffee house in Guatemala where coffee is served freely, conversations happen naturally, students find encouragement, and people encounter genuine hospitality made possible by a global community choosing to give together.
